Health and Medical Services
in Response to COVID-19

Goodhope supported local communities during the COVID-19 pandemic by providing protective equipment, health screening devices, cloth masks, surgical masks, rapid test kits, and ventilators. The company donated a total of five ventilators worth $206,896 and other COVID-19 response supplies worth $55,000 to help ensure the safety and protection of local communities.

PCR Testing and Related
Infrastructure Support
during the Covid-19 Pandemic

The Group partnered with University of Colombo, Ministry of Health and Indigenous Medicine, and Rotary International to improve PCR testing capacity in Sri Lanka. We supplied reagents to the University of Colombo’s Faculty of Medicine, and donated 2,000 faster PCR test kits worth over Rs. 20 million to the Ministry of Health.

Provide Essential Life-Saving
Medicines to Health Sector
in Critical Shortage

The group responded to a critical shortage in the health sector by donating a month’s supply of essential pharmaceuticals, including life-saving injections, C.A.P.D. bags and minicaps for dialysis of child patients at Lady Ridgeway Hospital.

Contributions Towards
Child Healthcare

Recently, our Group contributed to uplift the child health care facilities in Sri Lanka, by providing monetary support to Lady Ridgeway Hospital, Cardiac ICU unit and Pediatric Cancer Medications at Apeksha Hospital, partnering with Roshan Mahanama Trust which was established with the aim of providing a platform for all stakeholders to unite in enriching the lives of underprivileged children of our nation.
